just right click on it and choose "save as"

If it's the same directory as EU2, place the flag in the GFX/Map/Flag/ directory in your HoI driectory

I made a new british empire flag, recreating it from scrap. I used the graphics from the picture posted herein, but i "straightened" it up a bit, so it doesn't look crooked

The one with the crown was in use from 1918-20, so it's not accurate for the time period. The coa is also larger and of different shape in that one.
