And the province.csv file swapping, because both TGW and CORE use their own version of province.csv. As moddir doesn't allow several different province.csvs, you have to swap them before you play.

Look in the whatever.inc files to check supplies.
This really should not be the case - you are playing the moddir version right?

Should I have other ModDir from other mods??? Should I just install it and then unpack or what??
