Isn't there already an European flag? I seem to remember having seen people using it. Though it might be a game specific one and in that case I don't know which game.

Have you guys tried in OT? Because I only get the upload button in OT and OT forum games; haven't tried using it though.
Indeed, i have the button there.
I used to have it here, but that one's gone.

It seems random :
- i have the button for General Forum, but not hear
- i have it for Iron Cross and For the Glory but not Cities in Motion
- i have it for Heart of Iron IV but not Europa Universalis IV or Sengoku
- i have it in the EU section of the Francophone forum, but not in the "Village des Fous" section of it.
It is really mixed up, I don't even have acess to "Village des Fous" at all, for me it seems to be different too, must be related to the permissions.
Not all forums have had their settings adjusted for the new forum software so it is left with the setting that were being used in the old software which apply very differently here, especially now that we have implemented a CDN system for the attachments. They will eventually get ironed out and be more consistent.

How do I stop my inbox being spammed every time anyone responds to a thread? I can only see the controls to stop all alerts, but I want to keep the obed that let me know when I have messages
To clarify, you want to only receive alerts when you get a PM?
You should be able to set that under https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?account/alert-preferences and deselect those that you don't want alerts for.
If you just want to remove certain threads, you can click the "Unwatch thread" link at the top when you are viewing it.
