I am more of the opinion, if Reformed, Hungary should aim for dominance over the Adria, not the Black Sea, but that depends on your judgement, Tamas.

Nice ideas/events so far, any hungarian words for event choices? Like Hungary forever or something?:)

Especially for the religous events.
 
Hmmm...

When talking about Hungary, you shouldn´t forget about Bohemia too, they were in a personal Union after all. Perhaps there should be an Event, that allows Hungary to annex them, based on their choice of religion. If Hungary stays catholic, they will have to fight to integrate the mostly protestant Bohemians. If they convert, the Bohemians might join peacefully.

Furthermore you should note, that there is no switzerland in Aberration.
 
True, the Reformed Hungary should aim for the Adriatic.
And they should gain CB on Bohemia based on "liberating fellow protestants" or something :)

As for Hungarian names for choice, I'll try to come up with something really cool. :)

I think a personal union between Hungary and Bohemia would be a nice touch, but we shouldn't make it predestined that Bohemia is going to get partitioned/inherited by its neighbors. It would make a nice 2nd/3rd tier nation to play.

desc = "The revolt in Transylvania was lead by Antal Budai Nagy, a poor nobleman. The root of the problem was a typical situation for Central Europe at that time. Due to the increasing goods manufacturing in the Western part of Europe, Central Europe having the best quality of land for agricultural products concentrated more and more on grain and wine production. The land was owned mostly by the nobles but some were in commen use of the peasants' communitites. At that time the nobles realised this beneficiary situation and began to demand more work from their peasants on the allodium, and of course also more taxes. The peasants started to revolt in the less industrialized parts of Hungary because these regions were not able to benefit so much from the above described process. What's more, Zsigmond decreased the gold content of the Hungarian ccoins, which resulted in an inflationlike process for the small change. That is why György Lepes, the bishop of Transsylvania, did not accepted tax payments for several years. But suddenly, when the gold content was improving again he decided to get arrears of the church's taxes. Who is not willing to pay will be cursed by the church. This triggered a wide-spread revolt in the south-western part of Hungary. Many poor nobles and even the orthodox villages joined the movement because the Catholic Church prescribed tax payments for them as well. For the suppression of the revolt the Pope sent an inquisitor named by Jacob Marchia. The nobles gathered their forces but lost in several battles. Both sides requested King Sigismund as the highest judge of the country to make a decision. The peasants are promised to get no punishment, free movement and free make of will. This is called as the Agreement of Kolozsmonostor. Due to these great results most of the revolters returned home. Unfortunately for the peasants Zsigmond passed away in december 1437. Just after that the nobles who were unwilling to accept any agreement with their peasants attacked Antal Budai Nagy and their remaining troops. The final battle took place in Kolozsvár and brought a total annihilation of Budai's army. He was executed at Torda."

I would write the offset below the deathdate, as well. :)

I like the idea of this scenario - really cool! :D

Concerning Hungary: I think a reformed Hungary would seek control over the Danube, to be able to get a CoT in Magyar (Budapest), but not until after a large chunk of Adriatic is secured.
 
Ragusa has the CoT for now. But we could change that through an event If I get a valid case. Reformed is an idea.

Sorry for kicking a dead thread...
but... I would like László VI to be removed from the Hungarian monarch file, since he's a part of the Habsburg and I currently have the same guy as monarch in the Swabian file (Ladislas Post(h)umus). In Aberration, the habsburg shall be weak and has nothing to do in Hungary nor Bohemia.
Making it easy, you could just extend the rule of Ulászló I to 1457 (unless he died earlier).

Supposedly, Elizabeth (the mother of Ladislas/László) could have an older brother that inherited the throne?
 
Valid point, I will change that.
 
Didnt Ulászló die in battle against the Turks in real life? Perhaps he could have longer life span in Abe?
