Me too! Which side? Hey, want to play with someone in your time zone?
The map is basically the provinces.bmp game file modified, so my resolution depends on that of the file. Thinking about it *maybe* there is a way I could effectively double the resolution, might try that in the future (would also solve the problem of very small island difficult to spot/see their color). For now though I'll keep it like this.@tre3qwerty could you possibly have the map be a larger resolution?

Oh I hadn't noticed! Either @Romaoplays scaled it down when uploading or the forum did. Here, this is the unmodified file that I sent him, it's 5932x2048 as it should (it's 300px wider than provinces.bmp due to a small bug in the program that I still have to fix, but it's 300px of nothing): https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2Fwk8v5F2UZeHFxQTZsd1RYTkEProvinces.bmp is 5632 times 2048 pixels; the map which has been posted is far from that.
You should make inland waters blue as well.Oh I hadn't noticed! Either @Romaoplays scaled it down when uploading or the forum did. Yes, that is has been done, see for instance the north american lakes in this picture, which were gray in the older one (in case you're wondering why those little islands near alaska are not on map, it's because this is a map of the North America superregion and they are, for some reason, in the oceania super region):You should make inland waters blue as well.

There's nothing hindering the picture being uploaded full size to the fora. So it's either the OP deliberately uploading a lower resolution version or whatever he uses to host which downscales it.Oh I hadn't noticed! Due to some events or something like that. Or some flags. The same reason that the map is divided into areas and regions too; just on the largest scale. There has always been continent size regions; even before states were introduced. Back then they just overlapped most of the time. Why is the map being divided into superregions?
