I see exact file name when I switching language setting to English or swedish by notepad. Two file is 'bryhn_asbj¢rn_nor.bmp' and 'bryhn_asbjørn_nor.bmp'But at the korean default, two word is breaking. First ¢ is to strange style word(even I don't know.It is korean style but it is not exist.) and ø is to '?'.
Ok, I think we see the same thing then. It seems it may not matter that you have Korean Windows. I see the same here.
I think it is safe to say that the installation message puts an '?' in the file name as it can't handle that specific character in the file name.
I don't know about this, a sidetrack perhaps, but what about that missing 'r' in the message? The file(files) has 'r', don't they? Isn't that strange?
It would be very good to know from the powers that be
1) if the
setup software is different in some way for Platinum and non-Platinum HOI (different version, different implementation, whatever).
2) why
two files on this specific guy? Could be a reason, but what? I searched the forums for "bryhn" but no luck. Another guy with the same character in the file name only got one file, so I guesss that's not the reason.
3) who else got a Platinum CD? If you have, just change this setting we have talked about to Korean and see if you got the same error.
