Im open to suggestions on how to deal with the AUS, CSA, Soviet Russia, Spanish revolters, ect. Qing isnt really needed. Id personally like to play a game where the only rule is 1939 war between CoF and Germany

I would be interested in joining as Russia, if the timeslot is good. I also have a friend that I might try to convince to join, he wont be able to do so until in a week or so, but he will be an excellent host not to mention player.

There wont be any Soviet Russia with me as Russia of course.

I am hoping we preserve Germany for a very patient and skillful player. I am also strongly recommending editing the misc.txt file to ensure a better defense of ship vs aircraft and somewhat lessening the damage that aircraft do against ships - otherwise building a navy may not be wortwhile for anyone. Editing the max number of tech slots to 7 and minimum to 2 may also be a good idea in order to improve the balance of research, but if people don't want that then fine.

EDIT: Actually, scratch that. I wouldn't want to play with that and I wouldn't want to force everyone to edit it, so I'll just go as the Union of Britain

Good. I suggest we discuss the precise edits to be done about the air-nav-air damage/effectiveness and upload the files somewhere easily accessible so that everyone can implement them with minimum hazzle. Everyone needs to announce what days on the week they are certain to be able to play for the coming months, then announce time slots available to them. Any day of the week works for me.

Are such edits really needed? I haven't had any issue with naval bombers in Darkest Hour, but I'm fine with some fiddling. I have GMT -4

Just a few numbers in the misc.txt file. We need to decide how much and exactly which ones though.

Do these look good? What should be different? Any other values to change? Note that it by no means renders naval bombing useless, it will still be a very effective way of countering ship, especially small groups. But it will be much more costly and take more time to attack ships with aircraft.
