Good job! May be you add later early soviet cavalery, HQs and militia?
I might put some effort into improving the army sets later. For now, coverage of as many nations as possible is the focus, thus using old SKIF icons and the original DH models.
Aircraft and ships are easier since there are a lot of images on the internet, hence I try to reach full or almost full model coverage here.

Work on a United States set is in progress.
After the US is finished I will put everything together.
The models.csv is not a file with icons, it merely adds a whole lot of models to the minor nations for aircraft and ships. It is entirely possible to exclude it, but if you use it the minor nation icons will fit the model names. Otherwise you might have an image of, for instance, a romanian IAR 80 aircraft that just says "improved interceptor", but with my model list it says "IAR 80C". Totally optional

USA set finished, which means I have bundled everything together into one file, in the first post.
Now work will commence on minor nations, after that there might be some work on improving and expanding the existing sets.

Another small thing I noticed but it's nothing to cry about: Your Italian Destroyer 7 icon has VI which would be the roman numeral for 6...so both skiffs (destroyer 6 and 7) show VI even though the pictures aren't the same.

Thanks for noticing, as for the US carrier it belongs to a carrier class which was never produced, which means that it is difficult to find a good image of it. What I could do is to use the generic image and add a US flag to it. The italian destroyer is being remedied along with the japanese sub, will be finished today.
I'm hoping you'll do a Hungary set or Romania next...or...China. *anxiously awaiting*

Small update: Work is in progress on the minor nations, this will be done in alphabetical order as well. I will release a few subsets along the way so you don't have to wait so long for updates. This is a daunting task indeed, I have discovered In the end I will put everything together in one pack together with the majors.
For now, I am merely renaming and changing the numeral markings on existing SKIF icons, so in a first stage not all models for each country will be covered, and focus will be on the ww2 era. This will however add several hundreds of individual icons to the game, so it will be a big step forward.
In a later stage I might consider adding new icons to the existing ones, but this is huge work since it is necessary to search for new material, which is a very time-consuming process.

I have all of the old Skiff icons for HOI2 (some hundreds of them listed in folders alphabetically) if that would help but I assume you have them already and just need material for the new models that DH added. Also tell me what you need a picture of and I'll see what i can find.

Thank you. I do have all the original SKIF icons and some other ones as well, so that is not a problem. Maybe later there might be need for more material to work with, but for now I am fine.

Lol I know how hard it is to find time to do this I started a similar skiff set and ran into a brick wall time wise
I think I have some of your stuff, kiahoga, and all of kazoo's earlier SKIF conversions. Both are truly excellent.
