You really did a good job. I hope someone modified the great SKIF's icons to fit them to DH. Thanks!
By the way, does SKIF work on TRP? I know they have their own icons, but I always preferred these.

I will give these some attention, to the best of my ability. It's always hard to do ahistorical things, but it should be possible to make at least some icons for these.
Good things take time, so does this. Once I have finished all majors and semi-majors, I will release a set. Then I'll do some minors and puppets.

Just a heads up, SKIF style icons already exist for KR. Take a look at the link on the first page of the KR thread
I'm aware of this, but that set was made for HoI II KR and doesn't fit very well to this version of Kaiserreich. Some parts of it will be used in my set though, which is ok for the KR team.
I hope the kaiserreich set is coming along well. If they're anywhere near the quality of your DH ones (which i'm sure they are) its going to be a good day when you release them

In addendum, I will be interested to see how you handle the ahistorical aircraft carriers, especially with Germany, which historically only had the Graf Zeppelin.
Just a suggestion: when you get into the later years, perhaps you can base models off of close approximations from that time period? For example, for Germany, cold war era models could look similar to what our universe's West Germany had. At the very least, I'd like something done about their aircraft, as they're utilizing the outlandish late-war designs the Third Reich was putting out that are both ugly and impractical.

As for the aircraft carriers, I obviously don't have so much material to work with. In most cases it will be the generic model with a German naval jack, at least in the first stage. It would be very time-consuming to make ahistorical models for all nations in Kaiserreich, so firstly I will focus on coverage, secondly on unique model images. The same goes for the aircraft, if I can use an existing SKIF icon I'll do that to save time.
West Germany mostly used american aircraft in the cold war, to use these would look a bit weird. But I'll see what I can do, I agree that some of the most experimental German aircraft could be omitted. At least in future releases.
