Its not that i do not own a GOG account, but i'd still prefer to use STEAM.

my key is locked and loaded and Steam is ready to download the second game appears. I could not afford beta so since Kick Start have had to use streamer vids to see game. Time to call in sick lol

I have questions for HBS Employee's (@HBS_HighCommand, @HBS_Dagger).

We have a group of backers (4 person), from which one person has KickStarter and BackerKit accounts, while other 3 do not.

In our group, there are different backer levels, MechWarrior, MechJock and Recruit.

Backers with MechWarrior and MechJock levels expected to get Digital Deluxe key.

Here are the questions:
1) Did HBS ever consider scenario where there is only one BK account but multiple backers?
2) Is HBS expecting backers with MechWarrior, MechJock etc backer level to operate through intermediary (owner of the BK account) to get their Soundtrack, Art of BATTLETECH?

Our jazzy BATTLETECH Avatars are available once we sync our Steam and Paradox Accounts: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...team-account-to-sync-your-owned-items.894506/

Sometimes it takes just a couple hours after the syncing of accounts for the new Avatars to show up, sometimes it takes a day. But if you follow the above guidance, you'll be well on your way to a great selection of Big and Stompy Avatars! : )
 
I pledged @ the beta level on KS but when I entered my backerkit code on GOG it said I redeemed the $39 version of the game when I should've received the Deluxe version with the soundtrack, artwork and skin. What do I do, who do I contact?

"Working as intended" according to HBS.
For whatever reason even as an eligible backer you're getting shafted, only get the standard edition on the platform of your choosing and will only be able to get the Deluxe extras through the backerkit.
While non-backers who pre-ordered the Deluxe version (like on here) will have the base game + the Deluxe extras all neatly in one place and won't ever have to deal with multiple platforms in case they need to re-download the files, for instance.

To quote a certain nerd:

Nobody is getting shafted, you still get all the stuff you were promised (plus the SHD skin that was a bonus for pre-order).
