Dear knights, I have a request from the King of Czech and the Queen of Slovakia towards recruiting a few fine fellows experienced in the witchcraft of EUII and knowledgeable in the ways of the world. Should you be the ones, do send a messenger towards the address in signature. God bless.
I'll what ever it is, but if it was beta, The Great Paradox Lord, would come down from the north own his sled, with his following of servants, nobles, and the holy charter it self.
One of the things that has been commented on, especially by the Poles, is that these forums, while having members of virtually every Euroean nationality and ethnicitiy you can think of, is bizarrely lacking in Czechs and Slovaks. If you are looking for Czech and Slovaks to help you guys out, I fear that you won't find any here...
But seriously, does anyone have a theory on why we are so lacking in Czechs? We have loads of Poles, Hungarians, Croatians, and so on, but why not Czechs? Considering how interesting Bohemia's history was during the EU2 period - Bohemia without argument gets ths most dramatic event in the first year of the game (or at least the most noticeable, from all the complaints we get about it! )- you would think we would have a lot more of them on the forum...

No idea. And to think that EU II was localized and relased in Bohemia, too, IIRC. Maybe they have their own forum somewhere? Actually, Polish EU forum (Glazer site) is quite well populated, too. (Paradox board Poles are only the spearhead)

That should be either "Bohemia" or "Čechy" (I think), not "Czech".
For some bizarre reason that has never been explained, there have been only a hanful of Czechs and Slovaks on the EU forums. If you need help on the history of the region, I and other non-Czech members would glad to help out, though.
we also don't have many Italians here - and Italy is a much larger coutry than the Czech Republic... (and speaking of populous countries - anyone from China here?)
I guess Czechs, unlike almost any other nationality in Europe, have an interesting and fulfilling life and don't need the forum
