I thought we were reducing MP in late game to reflect casualties?

Doubling the MP cost is possible but that would probably spell an earlier doom for Italy, AH and Turkey, which have MP shortages already...

Not casualties, but the assumption that a state cannot function properly if such a large proportion of the country's working population is in the armed forces.

Germany should use more IC on research, I was playing as Russia and by 1919 I had researched almost everything, while Germany was only half way trough.
