I specifically support that is a precident has been set that a rule is DEFINATELY in stone. Here Lurken had to deal with a very bad inheritence situation, so in my opinion, the rule is now permanent...

I was under the impression that the capital was dependent upon the monetary value of the prov, but this prov is not anywhere near to being the most profitable. Making a bishropic, you have to click the province name and THEN the person.... Otherwise it just resets everytime you click the province...
KOM, you should realize one thing. Norway and Poland are at war. Tens of thousands have died in northern Russia, Krakow, Wielkopolska, and Berlin. Just realize that I've lost thousands of ducats in this war. I will not accept a white peace.

Another thing. Me and Dom talked about the possibility of editing the ruler of Emirate of Arabs to a christian, but letting the heir be muslim. Then go out and kick some Il-Khan butt, and hopefully establishing a strong Muslim Persia, Mesopotamia. Dom said that he was willing to let England be AIed and play himself as the Emir. I have a muslim bishopric, I can let it be edited away to the Arabs.

bleh... I dont think I'll be able to play w/o my license now. I started my 4 month program this week and it also requires 2 AA/NA meetings a week. W/ work schedule and requiring me to get a ride from my roommate Sunday becomes my AA day, as that is really the only/best times available. Still looking at another 1-2 months till I get it Will let you all know.
