Now Allenby 'grabbing' hold of someone sounds suspiciously like abducting or assaulting. Perhaps we should just ask first then resort to more nefarious means if they refuse. 
I'll leave it to someone else to sort out as I'm not particularly sure of the details of what needs to be done. Something about a thing that swaps the province files around then changes 'em back again afterwards. I think.
