Unable to download it right now due to server problems (so it seems). Will try again in a few minutes and post the screens.

Edit: done.

They seem to keep getting brighter, don't they?

A little request: is it possible to change the position of the "plus" which upgrades assembly lines? In its current position it tends to hide a bit (in that screenshot's case) the ship's level. I've drawed where I think it could be better placed.

As soon as I find the file within the enormous GFX folder, I'll fix it!

Mapcolors

Some progress I'd like to share with the community. I'm starting to feel we're moving in the right direction when it comes to re-doing the mapcolors, but I'd like your feedback and don't worry, I'll make it optional, so those of you who won't like it, don't have to use it.

Please see screenshot and answer questions below:

- First off, do you like it or could you think of using it?

- Do you like it when the names are sharper (now they are all black before the were differnt tones)

- Do you like the current colors or what would you like to change?

- Hmm... something else?

EDIT: Beware that those crap called imagehosting sites compress (and destroys my beatiful .bmps to lousy .jpgs... but atleast it somewhat similar) but hey, if you want a 2 mb to 200 kb. Quality gets lost. :(

I approve of your new map colors all around, but that's just my opinion, glad to see plains are back to a white colorscale!

On the screens I just noticed how ugly the topbars look (with the flags in them). They really should be redone.

Already fixed ;) .

MGM 022

- Added new buttons below the minimap thanks to Titan79
- Revised new nations (the ones added in 0.2) thanks to LordInsane
- Included German top bar (uncensored version) made by Titan79

+ The changes included in 0.21 which wasn't officialy released:

- Redid Communist Yugoslavia & Ukraine, so that the now only will be puppets/granted independence if the puppet master/who grants independence are communists. Otherwise, regular YUG & UKR apply.

Nothing to do, that doesn't work, the game crash.
I think there's a problem into leaders directory, into one of the files.
If you don't copy the leaders folder, the game run correctly.

really like the new colors, I've been using your initial colorscales and it looks great!

One thing I'd to see changed though is the color of Iraq, it's too similar to the UK, as Germany I didn't notice when my ally was getting invaded :D

Hm, works for me. Are you using another mod that adds/modified leaders, and/or have done so yourself?

I have another problem. The political sliders look like this:

Hmm IMO the UK's color seems too close to the SU's color on the political map it can be a bit confusing if the two ever get close, and I dont like the whole persian area of colors, its all almost a reddish color! Otherwise its fairly well done.

BTW, what is the Communist Ukraine nation for?

Don't really know, but the guys over at the TT mod have done a great job adding tech teams for them and got it included in AOD, so that's why... No lose ends, so to speak. Hehe

Works on my end too...

This should fix your problem. Copy it in ...\AoD\gfx\interface\button area.

Hehe, thanks. Forgot to remove our little experiment before uploading 0.22. :p

Why not just libertarianism, by the way?

Someone oppose to me renaming? Or leave it as is?

Can someone please answer that question? I can't imagine a situation where that nation will be released. Or is it for a special event?

Please see first answer in top of this post.

Don't worry. Current version (still working on it) differ way more, so that won't be an issue!

nice map! Reminds me of the map from 1914 mod from HoI 2

Yeah. Dark and pale is the shit. :D

Would it be possible to add a colourscales option like in FTG?

1914's are my favourite by far.
