I'm largely okay with waiting. Personally, there is little about Essos in canon sources for me to be genuinely interested in playing them. The chaos and opportunities in Westeros is more than enough for my palette.

I wonder what happens if Aegon chooses to create a new Valyrian empire in Essos. There is the problem of all the Free Cities hating him for Wrong Government Type.

Also since there is no tech in the mod, what about trade posts?

As for moon tea, well, Cersei hasn't been using any in my games. I started in Crowned Stag, fast foward 20 years later, Robert has 8 children with her, all of them are Inbred and have golden hair, so...

Aww that's sweet.

I don't know what is its culture on the start. For all I know, it could well be Valyrian - as we don't exactly know when cultural split happened - so...

Anyway - I am OK with waiting. But slaverly, thralldom etc. are intriguing - and I often find lacking any target when I am fatass king of all things Westerosi standing over dead bodies of all my children. As of now, stabilizing situation (at least for plenty of years) is easy.

Found this this to be quite hilarious. Was playing as Roose Bolton, a few years before the ACOK scenario. I started plotting to fabricate a claim to The North, and when I started asking the other lords, none other than Lord Tywin decided to back me :D Thought that was quite cool hehe.

Now, Eddard has lost his head by my sword, Sansa is my daughter-in-law, securing my place in The North, Catelyn and Arya remain in my dungeons and Robb and his brothers seek refuge in the Riverlands. I imagine a storm will come eventually, but I'm not finished yet. I have my eyes on the Iron Throne...

Though, playing Oberyn - as awesome as he was - can be one hell of a boring play for your first time. I mean: unless you'll warmonger your war into possession of half of Dorne or outright overthrow Doran, you can't tell you really have any say in Dorne's politics.

Could you guys make it possible to forge an valyrian steel spear as a dornish character, please?

I've done some private modding for myself to change the reforgeable blades into something more bearable. I took care to make designs for the different kingdoms, including a passable spear called Sunray. I've got it in my Skydrive here: http://sdrv.ms/12WMKKp Just move and overwrite the files into your AGOT/gfx/traits and AGOT/localisation folders.
