It is a bit random and varies by trait. For instance, it is much faster for the Blind trait to be revealed than the Beautiful one. Beautiful reveals itself between the 6th and the 14th year of a character, while Blind reveals between the 100th and the 365th day.
No changes at all made to the chance of congenital traits.
Notice the blood legacy was significantly nerfed mostly to (partly) avoid the booooring and gamey ubbermenchen.
Thank u very much for ur help :). Would u be able as well to change the weighting of the AI so that it builds far more? I’m loving this mod as it makes it so much more difficult compared to normal CK3.

AI needs to balance its finances, so I am not at all convinced it would be a sound decision to entice it to build faster than it does.

- The "Embrace Celibacy" decision is not available also to Lustful characters
- To close a significant loophole in the design, Celibate characters might now be tempted from time to time (!)
- Renamed event "To Dabble in Politics" to "Dabbling in Politics"

- Upped the reinforcement rate of MaA to 10% a month. Less than that and the siege engines never recovered their numbers.
- Rephrased the text in the event "A Prestigious Invitation"
- Reduced the cost of activities by reviewing the costs related with different eras
- Added 11 new soundtracks from Knights of Honour II
- Added an image to the Dark Ages chapter of the music player
- New game rule allowing the players to pick an easy mode that gives some bonuses only to the player characters (disabled by default)

(!) - Only way to avoid these temptations entirely is for a character to be Chaste. Being Disloyal, Gluttonous, Diligent, Wrathful, Impatient, Deceitful, Gregarious or Arbitrary increases the odds of being tempted. Being Loyal, Temperate, Just, Patient, Honest, Humble, Shy or Content decreases the chance of getting such event

Yes, it is compatible with very minor issues with a significant caveat:

As you don't know the exact values of the character's skills, in hundreds of events from Dark Ages you will be guessing more the right answer at the time to increase your chances of success.

Meaning, it is clear from the beggining that Dark Ages has tresholds for success at 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 15, 18 and 21 points. Frrom the events' code, it is indiferent whether a character has 12 points in a skill or 14 points in a skill. You can't judge all that and accurately act accordingly with Obfusckate on.

This being said, I have read lots of reports from people playing with both mods.


Regarding load order, Dark Ages should be load last but I don't see significant issues if you do otherwise.

- Changed the name of event "Scrapping the Barrel" related to bankruptcy. Already existed other event with such title.

- The "Intimidate" character interaction now can also be used to attempt to force vassals to avoid joining factions for a set period of time

Due to an oversight of mine, Dark Ages warfare has failed for a couple of months to generate the battle results I deem appropriate both from a gameplay as well as a realistic perspective.

If you find warfare too challenging from this point on, you can now define the 'Warfare" Dark Ages game rule to anything other than 'Realistic".

You can then download yourself the relevant version from Skymods, isn't it?
