Have you tried using just this in the title history?

law = succ_feudal_elective

If muslim succession overwrites it, then I don't know.
 
I love this mod and your 751 one as well! Out of curiosity, have you considered making an 1000 AD mod? I know that bookmark is offered in CKII + but it would be a very cool idea for outside that mod. Just a thought.
 
I think you could seperate 1000 ad already by copying history files and few others to a new MOD folder.

Next plan is to rehaul AD 751 quite totally and maybe afterwards return to AD 821.
 
I took a look in your files and it seem you use 00_dynasties 00_bookmarks and the existing culture files for your new additions instead of creating new files for them. Why would you do that? It makes updating the mod harder for you, since it will take much more time than it would otherwise, and the vanilla changes in files you normally don't touch that often or at all won't be in.

This MOD has no changes to culture so it should not have culture files. For next update I have done ii_dynasties.txt for new dynasties already and I see no big issues using existing 00.bookmarks file.

As for other changes, sadly I did not figure out how to make elective Iqtas from the get-go but I did some small changes like fixing dynasty of Erik Bloodaxes kid.

Well, it does make adapting for other mods easier. However, have you asked Gwyn ap Nud or Rylock about their implementation of Qarmatians?

Well, I ment character files so I'm sorry for that. You have only the vanilla ones. It would be easier for you to update the mod if you had one seperate file for your character additions (not changes to vanilla characters). PDS does fix a few things now and then which your mod could use from time to time.
 
Is there still a download link for the 2.4.5 version somewhere?

I'm not talknig about version 2.4 of the mod, I was asking for the old version of this mod that is compatible with CK2 version 2.4.5 :)
