Therefore, I initially had a lot of items and information about France, Spain, Slavic world and the Empire. That is why it's missing a little on English and Scandinavian side. When I started the patch on the Byzantines, even though I had read a book by Alain Ducellier (a French specialist of the Byzantine world), I found that my knowledge was not sufficient, so I borrowed three books, including two on ideology and the Byzantine state (Helene Ahrweiler), the last being the monumental work of Georges Ostrogorsky, which was very useful to me.
Thus what then? I should work on the Islamic world knowing that my only knowledge of Arab world is the read of a memory of a friend on the Nabataean army ? Yes, as stated by Loup, the next patch will focus on the Muslim world. But I need to read, assimilate, understand, which takes time.
