First try clicking on your account dohickey at the top right next to the message icon, choose owned items and there should be a button to synch. If not try logging out and then back in again to encourage the system to refresh

Thank you, sir. It worked. The only icons not showing are those related to Battletech Backer and Beta, but those might be lumped under Initiate of the Order at this point. Assistance much appreciated.

Due to the way the system works, and HBS wanting to keep things simple with one code per person, all the badges you are entitled to have the same label if you hover your mouse over them. In your case they all say Initiate of the Order, someone who backed at a Beta Tier would have two badges that said Beta Backer.
I can see all four badges under your name, BT game, Initiate of the Order and Backer are third row, badges 3, 4 & 5. Beta is the bottom right badge
Ah, I think I may have too many badges and the beta one is being cut off from the display. It's really not a major concern. I'm just happy that the BT avatars are working now.Not a problem

NM, you can't have too many badges. Bottom right for me says Initiate of the Order and it's all good.
