never release updates on a thursday because in some parts of the world it is friday which means people have to wait a week or more before things are fixed

I have the same problem.
I bought the Hotels & Retreats bundle for the Xbox One version of Cities Skylines and could download all addons and content creator packs in this bundle. Back then, I didn’t buy any of those items as standalone.

Now this Hotels & Retreats bundle is not offered for the Remaster (wonder if this is ever planned for release) and therefore I assume that buying all content from the bundle as standalone will cost me a decent amount of money.

Is there any chance that Paradox will release the bundle also for the Remastered version of CS on Xbox Series?
Thanks for the answer.

If you bought that bundle for CS you don't have to buy anything for CS Remastered, everything included in the bundle you bought is going to be available to download in the next days

In New Zealand Microsoft and Paradox could be in breach of the consumer Guarantees act and fair trading act Microsoft would be in trouble for failing to fix the bug in the store in a timely manner and paradox for failing to ensure that its partners in content store fronts complied with local laws and delivered what customers expected i used to work in the customer service industry and had to make sure everything i did complied with the law

We raise this issue with MS every day, but it's like pushing a glacier! MS move at the speed they move, and there seems to be nothing we can do to affect that.

Sorry about that!

Another day and bundled DLC still not available.

Its funny that you say that you raise the issue (created by you) with MS everyday and they just are slow to sort it out, when i have played on xbox for 20+ years and this is the only game i have know to have these issues. If i worked at MS i too would be slow to sort it out considering you had this same problem when you launched the remaster and didn't come up with a better solution to the bundle issue before pushing the next load of remastered DLC out.

I obviously don't know the full technical details of the situation but i cant believe the only way to solve it is to contact MS and ask them to fix it. I mean to the casual eye it would seem like if you just released the same bundles that you sold for the old game on the new one this would be a non issue, its weird you didn't just do that. or no actual explanation on why this has been an issue every time that you remaster DLC that people purchased in bundles.

it should not take a customer getting the problem fixed by reporting the issue as a breach of their countries consumer laws but i am now glad the problem is fixed

Rotfl, you don't seriously think that someone not having access to free stuff is grounds for legal matters?

As I posted in another thread, CO gave Remastered away for free to console players, no one paid for Remastered, as far as I am aware, there is no laws requiring someone to fulfill such statements, nor is there a deadline that says if you offer free stuff you only have so much time to fulfill that statement.
