A few months ago my account here at paradox got reset somehow. I had over 1200 post, all my games were registered, and then poof one day it got reset, I had 0 post and none of my games were registered anymore.

I really didn't care much, but since then I have purchased DW and I want to get the beta patch, and even though my copy of DW is registered, I cannot access the forums to get the patch for it. I tried re-registering my copies of the other expansions and eu3 itself and they all say "already registered" even though it ignores the fact that they are already registered to my account.

I contacted paradox via email. I received an automated response and nothing more. Its been over 2 weeks now.

Here's a screen shot of my gamersgate account. It is the exact same user name as is here for me. I blacked out the actual serials so hopefully nobody can just copy them. I can send detailed account information or whatever you need. Email receipts, whatever.

Ironically, it seems you do have DW registered. Or at least your icon says you do. Is that a visual glitch?
 
No jj, as I said, this happened before I bought DW. DW registered fine, that is part of the proof I am not a pirate, it is attached to the same account all my other games are that it wont let me re-register. This is actually pretty ridiculous. I'll remove the image once someone from paradox responds.

Yes, but the problem is that you can't access the tech support forum if you don't have a registration of the base game (EU3 or complete)

When I first read the OPs post I thought: ask it in the tech support forum.. but then again.. he can't :)
 
Sorry, forgot you needed base game. Just going to have to wait for a dev to come through here.

Anywho, wait for a moderator to get annoyed over this, he'll point you to the right direction. And PI is a small company and checking the E-Mail proberly isnt their first priority, just wait.
 
Do not hope for too much, it's not like they just give new codes to everyone asking. Try to contact Kallocain, and she MAY be able to help you.
 
You need to contact Paradox directly. I'll move this to the "Forum Help" forum, but your best bet is a direct email with proof of purchase to support@paradoxplaza.com .
 
Hmm, could it be because you have two accounts, the other one has over 1000 posts and the games registered on it.
Having more than one account is against board rules and you have created a little mess here with registering your games on different accounts.
You will need to contact the address Andrew mentioned and is also mentioned in the autoresponce you received. Or perhaps Kallocain, who looks after the registration keys, can assist you as she has a kind and forgiving heart.

A note for other members, accounts do not get magically reset, please contact us before jumping to these kind of conclusions.

This by the way, is part of a spam protection. The forum admin e-mail is not checked. If you read it, it does state where you should e-mail instead.
If you contact one of those, I'm pretty sure you'll get a reply in a few days.
 
Firstly ok AndrewT, I will email them, but like said, they do not respond very promptly, or at all in my case.

Secondly, I do not have 2 accounts, at least not that I know of. If I do it is a mistake.

Lastly, I did not read it very carefully, because honestly that email was spam. I guess I'll have to try again.
