Even better, what sources do you need? :)

Ok, I've looked through all of my source images to sort them out. But I didn't have any non European sources besides the ones I posted previous. (I found a Astrakhan but you probably already have that one).
I guess they were lost when my harddrive crashed a while back... Sorry Hive :(

But I can still help you with research.

Oh... ok, np then.

And no, I actually don't have Astrakhan...

For the first time the Astrakhan emblem - "a wolf in a crown" - appeared on a state seal of Ivan IV in 70-th of XVI century. A legend around the picture: "A Seal of Ostrokhan Kingdom". But simultaneously other variant of the Astrakhan arms is also known: a crown and under it a sabre. A print of the voevode seal with such picture is also referred by historians to the XVI century. This variant of an emblem has received the further development and was used with drawing up of the Astrakhan province arm

I e-mailed Ilya, (@ Heraldry.ru), about Astrakhan for the GUFSM back in the days and he said that it looked pretty much the same as the present day arms, :)

Ah ok... cool. Not a big issue anyway.

In the GUFSM we used this flag for Aden:

But red and white. :)
