A little question... is patch 1.05C out? or is it still 1.05B... because I thaught CORE 0.6 would only come out when patch 1.05C was ready???
CORE 0.6 will work on patch 1.05c (it was released about a month ago, check on the "HOI General discussion forum"!)

I fully expect that it will be ready for the time I committed to yesterday.

If you are referring to de-mobilisation it's pretty much impossible to implement using events.
The C.O.R.E. website has been down for some time (decision taken by host) and there will be a new website launched later today to replace it.
Hm I read that a world peace event would be implated in 0.6 at the core website. I thought that it would be a kind of event that would liberate nations like Germany and so on. But now when you can do it by yourself it isnt necsarry.
Note that the Create Puppet command does not create a puppet, so it is necessary.
