Edits for the revolt file
province 1474 should be extras for Pakistan rather than required
provinces 1477, 1474, and 1476 should be extras for India rather than required
1475 should probably be removed from Kashmir's extras, that way Kashmir can coexist with India and Pakistan. Without the player making sure he doesn't own Lahore before releasing Kashmir.

You use the historical flag of Formosan Rep in 1895. But in 1945 the Formosan separatist were pro-Japan and against ROC. So, I think use above is better.
I also make Formosa in HOI 1 & 2 using the same flag with you. But its history background I set to the Formosan Rep successfully survived from Japanese invasion in 1895.
