Well, to be specific, the icon is there in OwnedItems... there is just no graphics yet.

@gigau It looks like the ones for Planetfall have been added, or at least I have the one for the Premium edition now.

They've all been added, including the Season Pass (which is a placeholder and will be replaced with "real" icons in the future).

Forum glitch? I came to the forums to check on what time Planetfall was releasing tomorrow, checked my owned items and didn't see it, but when I wandered over to this thread, I saw it on an old post of mine.

The Premium Edition gives all three, the Deluxe edition gives standard and Deluxe and standard gives just standard.

It was given to the first 500k members of the forum.
You might have linked your Steam account to your forum account. That would make the icons of your Paradox games on Steam appear.
Reorganised the posts on first page, to put Cities:Skylines and Battletech in their own repsective posts.
