thanks for the patch.

I'm testing it on both Arma and AoD.
No problem with AoD.

Something strange happens with Arma.
I'm playing Germany in 1933 campaign. I wanted to rebase the Baltisch fleet from Konisberg to Kiel.
It does not move at all.
If I try to give a mission to any unit (fleet or land division) nothing appears in the unit menu (control+right click) (where usually you can choose "Attack", "Support Defence", "Rebase", ...)

The Land divisions move but the menu is empty.

Just started a new game. Thank you for all your hard work.....and changing Binghamton :)

How do I change Germany back to it's Grey Color? I've scanned the forums quickly, did I miss something?

Never mind, it changes on it's own if you select yes durring the "change flag event", for those who didn't know either.


I'll just ad to this post when I find things. Playing Germany

1- Able to build but NOT place air bases.
2- As Germ, May 9th 1937, I have Skoda as a tech team option. Czechoslovokia is still a nation.
3- Africa Colony's event. I pick I want them, I take the hit but do not recieve the colonies.
4- Unable to transport troops via naval, to allied nations. 1938: Allies: Port,Hung,Bulg,Arg,Venz,Afgan,Persia. Only gives me German port options, even though I requested and recieved military access.

OK, here we go again. Fresh install with the 2nd Bata.

Again, playing as Germany. 1933.

This is what I've noticed up to June 1938.

1- Erased, I found it was correct.

2- I prefer to do my own trading. I find with Germany I have plenty of energy to trade away for things I need. Usually when I run down the list of my favorite trading partners the trade will last for quite sometime. Occationally one, two, or even three nations will break the agreement and I have to re-do them. Now it is mass cancelations. Every country that I have selected all break the agreements at the sametime and it doesnt even display in the message log. I only notice when my resorces turn red at the top of the screen. So then I re-trade everyone...and again it happens. It always happens when I load a save game. It usually happens after some event, which doesnt even effect the countries I'm trading with. It's kind of a major pain in the butt to pause the game and run down the whole list again. Occationally I would notice this in prior games but usually when DOW occured or something major. Now it is happening way too often. I dont feel the AI gives me the best deal and tends to trade away things I am in demand of.

3- I was also thinking that we should have the ability to build airbases and perhaps naval docks in allied countries. The US built many bases all around the world in everyones country. Germany built airbases in Romania and Hungary pre-barbarossa. I have yet to notice any of my allies build a base on their own.

4- Few things I noticed have been fixed. I can place airbases now :) as mentioned in your 1st edit. I can also transport troops with my navy to allied nations. My allies are no longer building mass Intceptors, they seem to be building a appropraite amount.

5- Before when I built brigades for ships I was able to place them on which ship I wanted it on. Now when I hit "deploy" it picks the ship for me. Which is not a big deal, except I wanted my Radar on Bismark or Tirpitz and it put it on a pocket BS instead.

6- Just noticed Im no longer getting "recruits rally to the flag" "thier mothers will be proud". Before the patch I would get 2 of these divisions. I was assuming they were Hitler Youth Divs. Bata 1 I was getting 2 divs about every 8 months or so. Now I haven't gotten any with bata 2.

7- Technology- "Implementation" has two double listings in its discription. Not sure if that was intended. First is "Off Map Money +3" then right below it "Off Map Money +0" Second is "Occupied Prov TC Modifier 1.0%" then right below it it says the same thing. So do I get +2.0% total?

8- Event "Cooperation Agreement" says "Our government has established a cooperation agreement with Germany" Then gives me some resources, which in itself is fine....except I am Germany. This message displayed twice at the same time in Jan 30th 1938.

9- Austria Annex- Again, I'm not sure if this was intended. Upon getting all those wonderful Austrain Troops to bolster my forces they only had 1 mountain div, not the usual 3 divs. Also the 2 Interceptors were no longer there. (EDIT:just found the interceptors in my production que, but the mountain divisions are not there.)
