Is this intended that Al-Andalus can form the Spain? Granada can't, but Andalusia can? What's the reasoning?

Nope, Spain is kingdom, at least if I read the decision correctly

Also I think, I've got an HRE-Bug. I started a new game as Austria, first, all members are king rank (only Free Cities, Holstein, Silesia and Montferrat are duchies). And secondly I got a call to arms, because of a succession war between Saxe-Lauenburg and Lüneburg over Anhalt. They are all in the empire, not allied to me and no Free Cities. Don't know what happened, but I think this shouldn't be the case.
GOOD RIDDANCE!
This is a huge patch and a lot of the changes look very interesting, but even this one fix makes me want to play EU4 again. Man, how I hated the send/recall grind.

That is WAD. The attacker in an succession war is technically attacking without CB. Declaring war on a fellow HRE-member without CB calls the emperor.
I hate this Update even though i never really played it. But the fact that i can't play my old savegames anymore is freaking me out right now. How can you release an update which kills all savegames? That is so ruthless! You should not treat your fans like that.
This new version is a different game and it is ok when you anounce it like that and give the players the chance to refuse it. Steam just updates every game in the background and there wasn't the chance to stop it.
So, how can i go back to the earlier version of the game? I want of course play my old games again. And maybe i will try this new EU4 in a year or so when i calm down a bit...

So I'm changing up a mod and noticed this in the defines.lua:

Does this mean you can get a maximum of 50 Aggressive Expansion?
If so, why is this not in the patchnotes? Seems pretty relevant.

Probably an oversight, I can't imagine that being intentional.
