It's not even about that for me. Bundle it together if you want to, but at least talk to us. "We are working on Bug X", "we have fixed bug Y and will include the fix in the next patch" and so on. As is, there is this never-ending cycle ofThis is not working for your player base. It's becoming clear that most people would prefer the incremental updates. It would at least show us that some progress is being made.
It's also worth noting that when you release updates in big chunks like this, rather than smaller increments, you risk creating more issues than you solve. It's easier to mitigate and react to problems when your updates are smaller and more manageable. You're less likely to break different parts of the simulation when the updates are smaller (the homelessness bug is the perfect example). And if something still breaks, smaller updates make for easier hotfixes.
"big patch out of the blue, everyone praises CO, radio silence for weeks, people are getting impatient with CO, follow-up bugs appear, people are getting annoyed with CO, vague statements, people are getting angry with CO, big patch out of the blue..."
and it's just so unneccessary. I really don't envy avanya, her job must be incredibly frustrating as seemingly she isn't allowed to say anything to the community she is supposed to manage.
