Yeah. The REAL key is to just have an in game road editor that lets you select configurations of lanes, median types, sidewalks, trees, utilities, etc. and save your configurations as templates. The game would calculate the unit cost based on the components you include.
Imagine being able to make any road layout a la Streetmix.

I have a great idea! Constant problems with traffic jams and traffic jams. This moment needs to be given maximum attention! The traffic service already has the opportunity to remove crossings at intersections and remove traffic lights. It is necessary to be able to collapse underpasses and overpasses. People can't wait to walk on the roads! And of course, it is desirable to see more flexible strip settings as in mods. Why not add good mod ideas right into the game? We also need the opportunity to build additional exits from the subway, so that people would use them as a transition.
Currently, the pedestrian sidewalk is linked automatically and vertically if the height or depth does not exceed 8 meters. It's horrible. For a person, a descent of 2.5 meters is enough, even if with a bicycle. And the rise, taking into account freight transport, is about 7-8 meters.

It’s a national law. Get over it. They’ve explained the delay for custom assets.
I don't think that the law states that your business must close for a month. What if you have a hotel? "I'm sorry, we won't book you a room this month!".
Here's what I have found "The holiday season is from 2 May to 30 September. You usually have to take your summer holiday during this time period. Most people who live in Finland take some annual holidays in July. ". If somone has a more accurate legal quote, it would be nice to see. I think they decided to close for a month because they are a small company and cannot make much progress when "too many staff go on vacation at the same time".

I love the changes since Economy 2, but it also broke a lot of things, guys. I really hope you'll do more testing before releasing patches like this.

Right now, aside from the homelessness and crime bugs, industries aren't spawning any trucks. The only trucks that show up in the city are imports to warehouses, post offices or terminals. Specialized industry gets NO incoming or outgoing cargo traffic, and half of them never level up what ever you try.

I made a few posts discussing this bug with others, and also posted a couple bug reports here in the forums (with a different account). I hope you'll take a look at that as well.

We need more performance improvements tho.

Running this small town on a 7800X3D/4070 @ 1440p and I only get 30-50fps.

Yes I could lower the graphics settings but then it looks like absolute dog barf. The weird thing is, it's not even making full use of my CPU and GPU.

even a newer game, which is far more better looking, has better fps

Is this patch known to mess with mods? I only see a few references in particular mod threads but none of my mods seem to be working since installing this patch
Depends on the mod but in general if all of your mods are having issues you should try to uninstall them and reinstall them from scratch. Usually that resolves the issue.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all mods to no avail.
Any other suggestions?
Have you reinstalled the game and or validated the game files?

It should not matter but also ensure you have updated your drivers etc.

Also have you tried to manually uninstall/install the mods or are you just using the paradox system? Did you ever have mods before the paradox system?
