Are we really limited to 4x4 plot size? If yes, then this is really disappointing. For one, how are we supposed to have skyscrapers, malls, condos and all that stuff with only a pathetic 4x4 space? And another thing someone pointed out that is very worrying is that apparently skyscrapers are plopped, which is just something that ruins the game, atleast for me.

I think CO should really look into this. These two things are at the very base of the game and could determine whether it will be succesful or not.

I would like to see plots bigger than 4x4 for sure. Stating that I would also like to see large developers work with the mayor (you) for their zoning needs. This opens a unique opportunity for your cities development and tax revenue.

If a developer says they will build a skyscraper if you ofter 20 years taxes free. Another Idea can be if you can ensure a 70% occupancy rate for 10 years or the city is subject to pay the difference etc. This can be applied to many scenarios. If something like this would be to take place I would like more control than the Simcity "Casino" flat tax rate.

So few it's hardly worth mentioning. 1 shopping mall, 1 R$$$ apartment and a around 3 factories.

Also, a lot of the time in the industrial areas large areas would be filled up with parking lots- so the overall look was more substantial as well.

I just don't want Skylines to be taking a step backward, when the 4X4 square limit looks too small for many of the buildings we see in real life.. and No, I don't want to be plopping all my larger buildings. To me that's ridiculous and shows a complete lack of understanding of what core city-building fans want in their city builder.

I agree.

Maybe the developers should add some bigger lot sizes for mods to make use of them.
