For CS1, this is more than enough. Although you didn't post your GPU, which you will likely need. iGPU may work, but will lag quickly as your city grows.

There should be no issues playing CS1 on this rig.

If you use a lot of workshop, then you may need to add additional RAM, but for the most part, you could install quite a lot of workshop still, without affecting performance very much.

that will do csl1 np. As MJ above says, get a dedicated gpu.
I doesnt even need to be that stong. Just something to do graphics and leave the cpu alone.
Second hand, no more than £100 off ebay sorts you.
Something like a 2070, or 3060 is ideal

well just out of interest. now iv looked down and read more. Its giving both your gpus, your card and board. They might be SLI inlined.
Id do it for a shooter, your i7 will help the gpu out. I wouldnt do it for CSL.

Also, re csl 2. Let them cook for a couple of years, continue playing CSL 1.
