My 101st EUIV run: Yemen.

Almost a year ago, when the King of Kings came out, I had a really fun run with the Rassids, so I decided the revisit this area and try Yemen proper and tried to reunite it, which was a very easy task, because I had cores on most of the former lands of Yemen.

The hardest part came later, when I had to deal with the Mamluks to take Hedjaz and Timurids. Yes, Timurids, they managed to defeat Ajam, integrate their vassals, annex Hormuz, Oman, Dawasir and even take some provinces from Mahra. Luckily, I had the Ottomans as an ally. While their expansion in the Middle East was contained, they grew pretty big in Europe, mainly because of weak Hungary. But with their help I managed to deal with them both and the Timurids later on were completely conquered by my trustable ally Ajam -> Persia that remained my ally till the end of the end of the run.

My vassals: Ethiopia, Hobyo, Madurai, Junagarh Oman, Najd.
My allies: Persia.

Spain conquered mainland Portugal, but in turn Brazil turned up and in revenge conquered (along with USA) most of Spanish colonies.

Pretty strong Moravia that's allied to the Commonwealth.

Only small remnants left of successful Trent (they controlled all of Tyrol and Venice) and Cilli (stretching all the way to Bosnia). Sadly, Italy, Moravia and the Commonwealth made them small again.

My Empire as Cebu:

Starting as an OMP in the Philippines on Very Hard Difficulty was quite challenging, but was a lot of fun, and kept me engaged and challenged throughout the campaign!

I've taken screenshots of my campaign every 100 years on the 11st of November.

Oirats is my march, and Bharat was formed by Vijayanagar, and was my ally throughout most of the campaign, so I decided not to "eat" them and to remain allies.
One month before the end of the campaign I formed Malaya and then some country I didn't know even existed :D

I assume you mean Nusantara? "Nusantara" means "The Archipelago" in Bahasa Indonesia and Melayu

I have never seen Bharat/Hindustan formed by AI.

I haven't really finished yet but wanted to share since after many restarts I finally got a good Georgia campaign going. Manpower's at zero since I just dismantled the HRE, Fars & Sistan are vassals, Russia is my PU. If you enjoy hard starts, Georgia is a challenge but very satisfying once you get the ball rolling. The initial disaster you start with is easy to avoid but there's just so many rebels since your religious unity will be terrible until you can convert the Coptic and Muslim provinces you conquer and it's tough to find allies, plus your eco sucks early game. I'd say beating the Ottos asap is a must, I managed to pull Hungary plus Austria and we won while they were still fighting the Mamluks and picked up from there.

Finally got to my Mutapa game, last time I tried Kilwa killed me they somehow had 5 mil tech to my 2 lol death incoming. But this time went a lot better Kilwa only expanded two provinces so I was able to colonize around them and pick up the Kongo minors as allies until I ate them.

Allies: Macina (Fulo), Kitara

Had a fun game with England, following the mission tree and cleaning up achievements left and right. Got the BI fairly early on which, combined with PU'ing France ensured a good powerbase
Poland was my age old ally who helped keep coalitions at bay and stop the Ottomans expanding etc, until at the end when I had to use our dynastic ties to take their throne in order to complete the mission tree (why just take Gdansk and Riga if you can take the whole country right?)

My first run to reach 1821 (normal difficulty, non-ironman). Picked the Ottomans as recommended. The Ottomans feels very powerful indeed with strategic starting location and large resources

Maybe not the prettiest borders, but 1600 is always a fine year to stop a campaign. The Baltic is under Rigan dominion and the heretic church of Rome was raided. Hard Ironman. The campaign was surprisingly easy after I got some decent allies 10 years in.

It seems I completely broke Poland on the spiritual level. We were allied for over 100 years, until I decided to grab some of their land for Prussia. During the war they flipped Reformed, and we re-allied one year after the war... Perhaps because I was the Reformed DoTF :D

Owned provinces: Riga, Neva, Moscow, Dalaskogen, Själland
Vassals: Novgorod, Livonia, Prussia, Norway, Sweden
10 OPMs as trade league members

Idk if this will count but here I go.

eu4_4.png

This one was with Japan. My goal was to procreate the borders of late Japanese empire of the 20th century. I didn't want to expand through rest of China but simply colonize Taiwan with some other islands, all the way to Hawaii and conquer Korea.

eu4_1.png

Here I started as Jianzhou and, again, I wanted to procreate historical borders of Qing empire with some smaller additions in Central Asia, India and Tibet.

eu4_8.png

This one was with Ottomans. Again historical borders and not go wild because I can. I wanted somewhat historical borders but didn't want to go over my head. I ignored Crimea and the rest of North Africa as well as some territories in Arabian peninsula and towards Caucasus and Iran. And this one felt perfect.

Now in order to understand me I mostly enjoy procreating historical borders so this isn't anything big that you already haven't seen.

Edit : All Iron Man plays.

My current England game, PU'd France and became Holy roman Emperor. It's 1969.

Not sure what to do next, I guess blob into Spain and try to enact reforms. I probably won't conquer Scotland and Ireland. Just let them join the HRE.

Besides Mutapa/Zimbabwe, Kanem Bornu has the best trading and goods ideas in Africa so I decided to take them on since i've done the other side. Ended up barely dodging France and by some miracle managed to pick them up in an alliance for protection.

Allies: Ottomans, France, Ajuuraan

Started a fresh Maya campaign as Yokotan, formed Maya by 1503 fastest i've achieved it then the slow part was waiting because Morocco and Granada defeated Castille and Portugal somehow so it took a lot longer then usual for the colonial spread to happen.

Allies: Commonwealth, Denmark, Morocco
