Hi. First of all: great job. Now here are my suggestions.
Italy needs an player only event to join the allies if they don't join the axis. Maybe there can be a negotiation between italy and the allies and italy can gain malta, tunisia, british and french somaliland and sudan + egypt as puppet. Maybe they could press for corsica, nizza and savoia.
If italy joins the allies the british, french and usa ai should be changed to actively support them in there war against the axis.
There is an event that triggers in the italian events that removes badoglio as hog and puts bonomi if italy is in the allies. It should be killed as event if the player joins the allies (i want mussolini to rule and not be forced to create my own event to put him back in place)
The generals that are in post-war defeated italy should be available even for the regular italy tag. Same thing for the tech teams.
Post-war defeated italy infantry division names should be expanded. You should add those of the regular italy but with the new format adopted by the italian army not adding the fascist or colonial divisions.
Instead for the militia divisions use the carabinieri "Comando Regione" and the garrisons the police "Reparto Mobile"

That chain of events would really be complicated. I will consider that, but I won't put it on the top of the list for now. Besides that, I don't think that the Allies would be willing to give Italy any territory in Europe or Tunisia. I guess they would have conceded some chunks of desert in the Horn of Africa and a redesign of the boundaries in Libya. Maybe a puppet Austria and that's it. That's not very appealing for a DH player, let alone real-life Mussolini. Mussolini was already stepping back from the Allies shortly after the start of the 1933 scenario.
The event shouldn't trigger if Mussolini is HoG. Did it happen to you?
That's a good point, I will add the generals. New tech teams appear in 1950 already, I can add a couple more.

The carabinieri/police units are represented by MP brigades. I believe that a human player has little point in building militia units in 1945 unless half of the country is invaded by the Soviets. The U07 AI plainly ignores them. Same for garrisons except some units at the border (Divisioni d'Arresto, precisely).

There are 2 errors in the U14 leaders list and 1 in the SOM minister list

Balbo is supposedly dead in 1940. Well, sometimes the event of his death doesn't trigger if Italy enters the war later then OTL because it has a fixed date, so he survives. Now, we have two choices: either I always make him die a few days after the declaration of war regardless of the day, or I leave the fixed date and add a "check event" command to the succession event to see if he's still alive and can be chosen as the new Duce. What do you say?
As far I know his accident happened under misterious circunstances (there is even a theory that they shot him down intentionally), so what about the event have a option to let him live ?

Well, considering all the horrible mistakes that Italy did before and during the war, I'm not surprised that they shot down the Air Marshal and Governor of Lybia because of poor identification.
I'll leave it as an "accident". Mussolini wasn't a Stalin.

Hummm, what about this: if Italy joins the war late (or earlier) than OTL, the event of Balbo death happens, but he will survive this time (you can write something like "His airplane dodges the shells")

Melkor89, do you plan to improve the tech teams in future? One example is Fiat, they made 274 fiats G.55, over 3 hundred tanks plus 1,817 fiats CR.42 and 1052 CR.32, why a company with so many industrial and creative power would have only 5 skill? There is also Graziani, only 3 skill, ALFA ROMEO with 4 skill, et coetera et coetera remember piave Italia STRONG
I was planning to do that. I slightly improved the skill of some teams, mixed some components (for example, now Luigi Cadorna is good for the 1914 tactics but almost useless from 1916 on) and added team FIAT Aviazione. What do you think?

I downloaded.... And only Amsaldo and fiat got 1+ tech skill, what about beretta? Beretta only level 4? Alfa Romeo Level 4? Still I liked the two new tech teams
I tried to keep the skill values within the average of the vanilla teams.
