Is the current SVN build stable? Mine keeps CTDing with blank (white) loading screens.

They're on an updating spree right now, so I'd wait for a little bit, it's what I'm doing.

My save games' file sizes are huge, 250MB+. It's got something to do with cultures, for example "native_to_k_cyrodiil=3370.1.1" or similar, which repeats millions of times. The same has happened to me in the AGOT mod. Does anyone know why it happens and how I might fix it?

Edit: Now they've increased to almost 500MB. I've tried deleting all the lines, but they always return next time I save. Saving takes ages, and sometimes even crashes the game. I'm playing the lates SVN version, btw.

On what revision was the save started?

2516, I think. Also, is the mod updating automatically? If not I'm probably still at 2516. I've never really used SVN before so I'm not sure how it works.. q:
It doesn't update automatically, no. When did you install it?

January 28th, maybe around 10PM (UTC+1)

Edit: I've temporarily fixed it by removing the "set_startup_nativity_flags" section of ek_scripted_effects.txt
Would you be able to provide a zipped copy of your save?

The battle events RNG ("tombola" in the file comments) was moved to a new chassis with HF, but the weights used are the ones for vanilla, with the weights for the old system being discarded. Was this an intentional design decision?

Yes, though I turned things like maimings down to be less likely than in vanilla.

I have the SVN downloaded but I'm still crashing when I load up. If I had to guess it's because I have not updated the SVN, how do I do that? I thought running a SVN checkout on my SVN folder, titled "EKSVN" would have fixed that but I still crashed on the loading screen.

If you're using Tortoise, right-click when inside of the EKSVN folder and select the 'SVN update' option.

I'm trying to reform the Imperial Commune (Eventually the Imperial Republic) but, I started as a feudal Colovian lord. Does anyone know how to reform the Heartlands with the Imperial Commune government? For context I'm playing the latest SVN, I started at the Alliance bookmark, Skyrim succeeded in dissolving the Cyrodiilic Empire, and my capital is Anvil.

I don't think it's possible, aside from console commands to become to the Imperial Commune, since it's supposed to represent a direct continuation of the now defunct potentate.

Where did the modders for Elder Kings get the emblems for their CoA customization that Paradox uses for their CoA DLCs and various ingame flags? They look just as they do for Paradox so did they get those from them or did they copy them? They are very well made if that is the case, but can't really use the ones in the mod gfx folder as they have the cloth filter over them and I'm really looking for some plain outlines if that is possible. Asking because it would really make creating my own CoAs that look good so much easier.

Korbah made them. Check his signature.

Those are great, Korbah sure is a good artist! But, if possible and that they exist somewhere to download, I was looking for some templates of the animal charges that also Paradox used for their DLC CoAs, for example eagles, lions, rooster etc. I have seen them being used for the mod's CoA customization before but I haven't played the most recent version though so they might have been removed by this point.
