Just bought the game... the manual, while excellent in historical content, is a bit confusing with gaming details. I have the US version but cannot determine how to easily quit the game except to hit "ctrl-alt-delete"... I'm sure there must be an easier way?

doesnt alt+tab or ctrl+esc work?

When the first scene of the ending video appears, just click the mouse and it goes straight to the score screen.

This works also to skip the "connecting . . . loading . . . " animation at the beginning.

Ctl-alt-esc toggles out to the desktop, then you can ctl-alt-del and kill the process there. Easy.

I try not to use Ctrl+alt+del too often... somehow i think its not healthy for your pc/program :) And to imagine my EU being in less than perfect condition is just too horrible a thought to contemplate. :D

"Surrendering" may be a pain-but when else am I going to see the "defeat" animation!!!!!:D

Quitting a game properly is almost certainly the wisest course.

How about that closing animation of the three hung men and the ruined city in flames? How's that for a suicidal Swedish commentary on the futility of man's endeavors? ;)
