Great mod! Sadly, I am having two issues so far:
1) The mod options do not save whatever I change, work/school times, simulation mode, anything. Even if I click CONFIRM button. Once I switch the tabs or exit options menu it resets to default settings.
2) Day is stuck to Friday. It doesn't change days at all.

Can you send me your logs? I need to see the Time2Work, Modding, UI, and Scene Flow logs.

This could be a conflict with another mod, so could you also test it with just this mod?

Thanks for your reply. I actually checked the logs and found out some mod is one reason the game isn't functioning properly. Also, I found out when you click on CONFIRM button, it resets options to default.

Just posted my first mod in PDXMods: Time2Work.

I'm new to modding and C#, but not new to programming. In real life I work with Transportation and Travel Demand Models for real cities in the US. Since I have some experience in that area my goal is to try to make mods that would make the game be more realistic.

Let me know if there is any feedback, suggestions or bugs in the mod.
Not sure if I'm missing anything but I can't find the mod at all on Paradox Mods (Plaza). Searching for the exact name yields no results at all and searching similar terms, does not help either. Can you provide a link please? Surprised everybody could just find it. I must be missing something :)

So I love the idea of this mod and unsure if I am missing something but when I am using this mod I dont get deliveries of my power stations (tested with small coal power plant). It works when I disable the mod so its something to do with this. However unsure if its something like timing or configuring settings, or if its a mod issue.

If you disable the truck option it should work at any time of the day

The truck option changes the truck deliveries to happen at night. So if it's enabled, you should get those deliveries at night

Hi there,
When I save new settings the settings reset each time i load my game. Not sure if its just me, but they used to save with the map
Is this happening with just this mod?

Can you check if this file exists for you? Your settings should be saved in this file

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\ModsSettings\Time2Work\Time2Work.coc

Hi,
First off, thank you so much for this mod. I absolutely loved my city dying down at night time and watching the service vehicles (like road maintenance) do their thing, and it was really cool to see it pick back up as the sun rose.

However, I was using Traffic Simulation Adjuster before this mod, set to 0 for max traffic, and I see in your mod description that these two mods should be compatible, however I am unable to make an effect on traffic density by adjusting the Traffic Simulation Adjuster mod setting. I don't see any change between values and my traffic volume, while significantly smarter, seems to be drastically reduced.

Is this a known issue with the most recent version of the game? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Thanks again!

Yes both mods are compatible and there wasn't any change in the newest version of the game that would cause an issue with them. I use both mods and I haven't had any issues. Can you explain better what you are trying to do? You said you are testing Traffic Simulation Adjuster with a value of 0 and that you didn't notice any change. Which value were you using before? When you change the value of that mod, you probably should let the game run for at least a whole in game day and then compare if there were any differences

Hi ruzbeh0, thank you so much for this wonderful mod!

I am currently setting a slower time factor of 3 without any functional issues. However, on the city statistical panel, only a third of the data were properly shown. As I'm trying, it seems like only the last "1/x" fraction of plots were displayed if the slower time factor is set to "x".

I wonder if you (or anyone else) are having the same issue, and are there any fixes to it? Thanks!

I was using 0 before and had it at 0 still once I added this mod. I had let the simulation run for a little more than a day, and saw what seemed to me like the default traffic reduction. So I disabled Traffic Simulation Adjuster (TSA) and entered the game, let it normalize for a few hours of in-game time, then reenabled it and reset it to 0. Now I have the expected amount of traffic with the excellent benefits that your mod provides.
I guess it was some hiccup in one of the two mods that was resolved when I disabled/reenabled TSA.

Thanks!
