I have the Republic DLC purchased, installed, and checked on the launcher, but I still get the "Not allowed to play as republics!" pop-up when I select Dany on the Clash of Kings start. What gives?

What if you were to set technology at 100% everywhere and make it have no effects, would that then 'trick' the AI into thinking there is no point in researching tech because its capped out? Just an idea don't know if it would work or not.

Just wondering if the team have considered it? I would be very interested to know whether or not it works.
 
Is there a version of the mod for 1.111 ? I would really like to try it, but dont want to update the game yet.
 
You'll have to settle for the older releases, which may not have all the latest features/fixes.
Yeah, Im fine with that, I was asking for a link as I did not succeed in my search of it.

Perhaps because she owns a county that has a city as main holding?

Most probably is the "county with a city as capital" issue. If it's not coastal or Dany's not a duke, it'll be a minor republic. That, and since Dany is Dany, she can't be a Patrician.

I think there's something prone to errors in the mod graphics
- Runtime error happens when game loads the graphics, after creating the map
- alt-tab destroys the game for me most of the time, doesn't happen at all with vanilla
The problem is that the game doesn't even load. When it's supposed to show the map in the Menu for the first time, it CTDs.
