This version of the mod is unplayable for me. The game will always crash at a specific date(it varies from game to game), and it makes it be lucky to even get through a single year of gameplay. It will crash at the exact same date no matter which save I load. If you could find a fix for this, I would be most grateful.

So when are you going to add in characters from the Telltale series?

http://steamcommunity.com/app/330840

You have Harra Forester as Lord of House Forrester instead of Gregor Forrester.

http://gameofthrones.wikia.com/wiki/Gregor_Forrester

In fact, the seat of power is called Ironrath in the Wolf's wood.

http://gameofthrones.wikia.com/wiki/Ironrath

The founder is Cedric Forrester and their lineage goes all the way back by 1,500 years.

They have a strategic resource in Iron Wood that should increase the defense of all light and heavy soldiers.

The primary phrase used by House Forrester is "Iron From Ice."

Gregor dies in the battle in which House Stark loses via betrayal by the Freys to House Bolton.

I don't wish to give away any more details than that, aside from the fact that after he and his eldest son, Rodrik die in said battle. The crown passes down to Ethan Forrester who along with his older brother (younger than the eldest), Asher Forrester are two of the main characters in the story. Asher is exiled by choice and thus explains why he wasn't the heir after Rodrik and Gregor's deaths. You would have to pursue said story, which you can easily do through youtube.

Also, shouldn't Alester' sister Elyana be mentioned as Lady of Riverspring before the War of the Five Kings? In addition, shouldn't Valarr be mentioned of being slain by Mors Westford the Butcher as well? And since Mors survived, that would mean Alester should be mentioned of being slain by Mors.

Sadly after a couple weeks of playing this mod with this patch... I dunno if I can play anymore until the new patch comes out. I understand this will happen etc. but I am crashing every couple years or when I launch a new session after picking a house. I am looking forward to a patch without so much crashing.

Details, I do own ALL DLC for CK2 but I have way of life turned off. I also only use GOT mod no other mods... but looking forward to a stable patch. I also don't want to revert my CK2 to a older checksum, I am OCD about going backwards with anything... lol so converting to a older checksum is out of the question as dumb as it may sound.

I very much hope the mod is still alive...I recently became a big GoT nerd and this is the go to game, outside of Telltale's GoT.

It's alive, just it's taking time because of paradox's policy of breaking everything with every patch.

What is the optimal settings to play this game to get the most out of the mod and stabilty?

DLCs?
Version of CK2 for stability?

Thanks!

The Telltale's GOT is Lore friendly. Ramsay is as Ramsay as can be. Queen Mother Cercei is a bitch as always.

They only had one episode released thus far. Quite short, but much of the beloved characters or should I say character (Tyrion) are in it.

It is fun pissing off Cercei and watching Tyrion's response.

:Spoilers:

Cercei and Tyrion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLn48LTkE6s - I love angering Cercei.

Awesome!

Cheers mate. :)

Speaking of 9.2 Is there an ETA on that or is it in the "when its done" phase?

I have to admit, the first thing I thought when I heard of the way of life was "YAY I can now play Aegon the Unworthy properly!".

So now I really want a stable release of this mode :p

It's true, WoL would make GoT soar to new heights. Intrigue would be extremely useful too, and Carousing, and... really, lots of things that particularly enhance playing as a vassal in a big realm. Discredit your fellow lords paramount and sleep with their wives.

And seduce means players and maybe the AI can pull of a Jamie and Cersei... in this case a Robb and Sansa "I'm twisted like that   "
