I'm not blaming you for a spy being on the team, I'm accusing you of refusing to break up a team which then happened to have a spy on it, which is something a spy is likely to do.

That's just a hypothesis, given that this is only the second game, it's pretty hard to know what a spy would do. I could just as well assert that a spy could veto the team hoping that next one wins, and the spy gets to bask in some short term credibility. In fact, wouldn't a clever spy do the exact opposite of what the more obvious expectations are?

If you want to improve relations, skip your own turn. Skipping someone else's leader phase so you can go isn't going to help your cause.

But then any non-spies on a no confidence overturned team-potentially including the leader, would be just as frustrated, right?

Actually, might it be possible to send this digression about myself and instead focus on trying to come up with a hopefully successful team? Whatever has transpired thus far has happened; I don't think extending this contretemps is going to get us anywhere.

The discussion is however good to have.
Looking at the whole cliges situation: Cymsdale, AVN, and King have all expressed doubts about him, making any combination of cliges with those three as spies unlikely.
That in itself makes him a less likely spy ..

Anyway. Enough time has passed, doubt I can get away with more.

## Team proposal: Randakar, cliges, cymsdale, kingepyon

Kingepyon is a definite 'need more information' thing. As in, it may suck as a choice. However, I don't really trust AVN or esemesas, tamius may be an option but I don't want to put two people from the original team in here, and xarkan is just as much a wildcard as King is.

If I may suggest, AVN, perhaps you should consider using your card this round.
Or perhaps not, as the danger that you could use your card may be enough to deter the spies from sabotaging ..

Also:

##I approve this team
##I have preloaded my mission card

While I doubt that both no confidence cards are held by spies, I think it's time for some progress in this game, no?

Approve

REJECT I guess that everyone who has read my proposed team understands why.
And the pressure of the "No confidence" cards, is just a way for Randy to ignore the opinion of others.
Of course there is the risk that Xarkan and Cliges are both spies, but that's something we'll have to accept.

And to be honest I expect that this mission team will be approved.
But if it is sabotaged then it will be clear that I had valid reasons to reject this mission team.

How's about this? Everybody on the team can send me their action and if the vote's still in favor of this team tomorrow morning, then I can wrap things up all at once.

You do realize that I expect a spy who knows one of his friends is on the team to say this exact thing, right?

Reject

I am sure that there is at least one spy on that team, probably two.

The person I feel least sure about here is Kingepyon.
Gut feeling tells me to take you, instead. but I didn't. Because honestly, my gut feelings have this tendency to point in exactly the wrong direction ..

AVN, now would be a good time for that plot card.
Then again, it might be a good time for Cliges / Xarkan's plot card too.

I already did ..

Migrainy GM who's awake at a time he didn't expect decides to update early. Not that I see the consensus changing.

Randakar, cliges, cymsdale and kingepyon go on the second mission, determined to undermine Paradox's plans to add more Werewolves to their games.

Unfortunately, one man sabotages the mission! It turns out the files that they deleted from the main server were those for a Hearts of Iron DLC focussing on the Resistance!

AVN did reveal that he had planted a bug on Kingepyon, but he was at this point still downloading the data.

This left the new Leader Xarkan with a difficult task: pick a 4-man Team for the next Mission, namely a diplomatic envoy trying to enlist Cylon help for their cause, which would help in infiltrating the Werewolf ranks.

But first he had to assign 2 Plot Cards:

Strong Leader – One time use - The player to whom the Leader passes this card may use this card to become the Leader. Use of this card must be declared before Plot Cards are drawn by the GM. When a "Strong Leader" is played, another "Strong Leader" may not be played until a Vote has been taken.

In the Spotlight – One time use - The player to whom the Leader passes this card may use this card to force a player to make their Mission Vote in public. The player playing this card must declare its use and the target player immediately after Mission Team selection.
