This is wonderful! I'm on vacation now and I have a lot more free time! I'd like to look like that!
Here are the ten technology screen templates. It's done in Paint .NET. You just need to add another layer for the country you want to do. You'll see that there is already multiple layers for different screen backgrounds.
If you need to convert it to .cdr try this converter (not sure how good it is):

Good! I'll take a look at it in Paint.NET tomorrow. I will not convert it to corel.

Translated names of divisions in an interesting scenario 1944. Save Germany and Japan, against a superior enemy, beat the USSR in the battle for Europe or establish socialism to the English Channel

That's cool. I'm working on 3 bugs. Once they are done, then there will be an AoD 1.13 beta release.
Great! I've been missing a lot due to the translation of E3map. It's a paradox - I transfer map for DH, but play lovely AOD:). Now I want to return to the primary task - translating AOD 1.12. The only scenarios left are 1936, 1938, 1939, 1941. Now let’s move on to supporting the language in 1.13

I'll try to get a new developer release posted on the Google drive within the week.

When we start the 1.14 AoD map release, it would be great if we all can get together and finish it quickly.

A very big question - how are the hemispheres of the earth organized in the game? They are visible when viewing the map in weather mode. As it turns out, the climate in the game is tied to this parameter. Is it possible to display hemisphere values (northern/southern) in the Province.csv file? I understand that I have asked the question many times, but only you are familiar with the game code. The fact is that climate calculations for the northern and southern hemispheres are different. What is known for sure:
North hemispheres (month: July)South hemispheres (month: July)Climate
summerunknownarctic
summerwintermoderate
summersummer (maybe incorrecct)mediterranean
summersummerarid
summersummersubtropic
summersummer (maybe incorrect)tropic

First I thought that was the new map but then notice it's Darkest Hour.
If Darkest Hour hasn't changed much from HOI2, relating to the weather, then I could investigate. The only thing I know regarding the weather is that it's broken down like you show for the northern hemisphere and climate columns. I still coming across code that I'm familiar with but take a quick look today and see what I can find out for you.

Here's a summary on how the weather works. I can't give some information due to proprietary information (i.e. formulas) but this should help. I'll also be posting this on the AoD Discord channel under Hints-Tips-and-strategies.

General Information:
Random Weather Duration:
• Average Weather Duration is 60 game hours
• Maximum Weather Duration is 144 game hours
Northern or Southern Hemisphere Determinations:
• Northern Hemisphere - It utilizes the province's City YPos column in the province.csv file. If the City YPos is less than 7200 then it returns true (the province is considered in the northern hemisphere).
• Southern Hemisphere - It utilizes the opposite of the northern hemisphere. If it's not northern hemisphere then it returns false.

Seasons - There are 4 seasons and within these 4 seasons the province's Climate column in the province.csv file further defines the season:
Spring:
• If the Climate column is Artic and in the northern hemisphere, then Spring begins on 1 May
• If the Climate column is Artic and in the southern hemisphere, then Spring begins on 1 November
• If the Climate column is Sub-Artic or Muddy and in the northern hemisphere, begins on 1 April
• If the Climate column is Sub-Artic or Muddy and in the southern hemisphere, begins on 1 October
• If the Climate column is Temperate and in the northern hemisphere, then Spring begins on 1 March
• If the Climate column is Temperate and in the southern hemisphere, then Spring begins on 1 August
Summer:
• If the Climate column is Artic and in the northern hemisphere, then Summer is 1 June through 30 September
• If the Climate column is Artic and in the southern hemisphere, then Summer is 1 May through 30 October
• If the Climate column is Sub-Artic or Muddy and in the northern hemisphere, then Summer is 1 May through 30 September
• If the Climate column is Sub-Artic or Muddy and in the southern hemisphere, then Summer is 1 November through 30 April
• If the Climate column is Temperate and in the northern hemisphere, then Summer is 1 April through 30 October
• If the Climate column is Temperate and in the southern hemisphere, then Summer is 1 September through 30 May
• If any other Climate then it's always summer.
Fall/Autumn:
• If the Climate column is Artic and in the northern hemisphere, then Fall begins on 1 September
• If the Climate column is Artic and in the southern hemisphere, then Fall begins on 1 March
• If the Climate column is Sub-Artic or Muddy and in the northern hemisphere, then Fall begins on 1 October
• If the Climate column is Sub-Artic or Muddy and in the southern hemisphere, then Fall begins on 1 May
• If the Climate column is Temperate and in the northern hemisphere, then Fall begins on 1 November
• If the Climate column is Temperate and in the southern hemisphere, then Fall begins on 1 June
Winter:
• If the Climate column is Artic and in the northern hemisphere, then Winter is 30 October through 1 April
• If the Climate column is Artic and in the southern hemisphere, then Winter is 30 April through 30 October
• If the Climate column is Sub-Artic or Muddy and in the northern hemisphere, then Winter is 1 November through 30 March
• If the Climate column is Sub-Artic or Muddy and in the southern hemisphere, then Winter is 30 April through 30 September
• If the Climate column is Temperate and in the northern hemisphere, then Winter is 30 December through 1 February
• If the Climate column is Temperate and in the southern hemisphere, then Winter is the month of July
Sub-Seasons/Climates:
Dry Season:
• If the province's Climate column in the province.csv file is Arid, then it's arid regardless of which hemisphere it's in.
• If the province's Climate column in the province.csv file is Mediterranean, then it's Mediterranean regardless of which hemisphere it's in.
• If the province is in the northern hemisphere then the dry season is 1 June through 30 September
• If the province is in the southern hemisphere then the dry season is 1 December through 30 March
Muddy Season - If it's spring in the province and province's Climate column in the province.csv file is Muddy, then it's muddy
Rain Season:
• If the province's Climate column in the province.csv file is Tropical and in the northern hemisphere, then 1 May through 30 November
• If the province's Climate column in the province.csv file is Tropical and in the southern hemisphere, then 1 October through 30 April
• If the province's Climate column in the province.csv file is Sub-Tropical and in the northern hemisphere, then 1 May through 30 November
• If the province's Climate column in the province.csv file is Sub-Tropical and in the southern hemisphere, then 1 June through 30 July
• If the province's Climate column in the province.csv file is Mediterranean and in the northern hemisphere, then 1 October through 30 February
• If the province's Climate column in the province.csv file is Mediterranean and in the southern hemisphere, then 1 May through 30 August
Other Sub-Seasons/Climates:
• Based on a random selection of 1 province that becomes the center for the start of climate/storm
• The climate/storm area is determine by a randomize formula (which can't be given out due to proprietary reasons)
• Some climate/storm types are seasonally (spring, summer, fall, winter) determined (i.e. blizzard, snow, frozen, etc.)

Indeed, this is the Darkest Hour. This is experimental work. It's iffy, but playable. Checking the map editor's capabilities for strong transformations. This is also possible for the original HOI2/AOD. Work stopped due to climate. And an unexpected problem - I can't make the borders between provinces with acceptable vague contours. Fading effect. Very clearly visible if you look closely.

This projection provides the equator as a circle, but I think it is impossible to program this. Apparently it is confined to the Y axis with a value of 7200. In my map it actually takes place in Denmark - Germany, France, eastern Europe with a temperate climate get winter in June-July. Another idea was to artificially shift the origin of coordinates so that the equator line would move further south, but technically this is apparently hidden deep in the code.

Ideally, create a hemisphere variable for each province in Province.csv. Then I could manually set the equator line.

Thanks Julia for the quick response! In fact, your information reveals a little about the secrets of how weather works in HOI2!

The 7200 y axis was easy enough to find, even though I had never looked at the weather code. For the map of AoD, I was thinking of doubling the size (which would change the 7200) so that when I add an additional zoom level, it doesn't look pixelated. Also, since large fast/SSD harddrives and memory are now fairly standard, the larger map wouldn't be an issue.

Ideally, create a hemisphere variable for each province in Province.csv. Then I could manually set the equator line.

Something like a new column to the province.csv file called 'Hemisphere' and only 2 variable allowed, North & South?

I would also like to add that the various weather effects depend on the region, region (dirt in Russia)

They do, a bit. A good example is that snow, blizzard, and frozen only occur during winter.

Since I'm now familiar with this section of code, we could add more different climates. This came to mind when I was looking at adding new terrain types, actually sub-biomes (i.e. Tundra, a desert biome ... Chaparral/Shrubland where the ground is harder/similar to North Africa), etc.

Something like a new column to the province.csv file called 'Hemisphere' and only 2 variable allowed, North & South?
That would be great. But another question is, perhaps this is a labor-intensive process. But this would greatly expand and create flexibility in modifying maps for HOI2

Double the size of the map? Does the game code allow this? Performance? MapUtility will be compatible with x2 size That would be great! For example, although E3 is distinguished by high detail of the provinces - the Caucasus, the Balkans, in my opinion, are very overloaded. Zooming is still missing. Sprites or NATO icons overlap provinces heavily. But then perhaps the equator value will be 14400. I think that no one has studied the weather since 2005. For example, it seems that the temperate climate in the southern hemisphere is represented only in the Falkland Islands. P.S. I never thought that I would encounter little and poorly studied game moments in HOI2.
