hi can you make a topbar for these flags?

and if you like a skin, the frist one is a united baltic country and the other 2 are for a country around st petersburg, i dont know wich flag i should use.
the one capital is riga, and the other capital is st petersburg. do you know a name for the area around st petersburg but not leningrad or something, it has to be historical. the bottom one is for britain without north ireland, so there are easy pics for to find, for germany in sealion, with capital in london of course. thanks! (i only need topbar and if you like to make a skin but that is not needed)

just liked to ask if you could make an Ukrainian Skin etc.

eg with images from this site:

(you can also use the stuff from the Russian Skin, eg Vlassov and all the others from that Bundesarchiv picture are leaders and Ministers Ukraine, except Goebbels of course + the ROA item)
