He is Mexican Emperor in alternate scenario, where 2nd Mexican Empire survives. When the last heir of Maximilian I dies without any male descendants in 1920s, another Habsburg is chosen for Mexican throne, so Karl Albrecht becomes new Mexican Emperor.
