Are you missing a frame,I beleive HOI 2 required more than HOI 1 did,I don't know if they changed the format for DD

It is possible, but it's a hell of a lot work, you must shrink every soldier pic in the bmp files, thats more than 1000 soldiers.....
IIRC Gepard did the same high as the original paradox sprites
