I've noticed that Rome (and by extension Byzantium) is much beloved by many Paradox fans, and for very good reason. Roman glory inspired many imitators throughout history, and we still talk about them and use their language and legal traditions as a basis for our own, especially in the Western world. I would be very surprised if there were not memes including the Byzantines.
Every now and then, I see people on this forum talking about making a Space Byzantium. That's the closest thing to a meme of them that I've seen; I would assume that it would be easier to find them over in the CK2 forum.
