The wiki page for patch 3.13 doesn't mention the change to Strategic Resource planet features (from enabling buildings to granting +max mining districts and miner output).
Also, the entries for the Prison World and Thrall World changes have different punctuation, which looks weird.

Do you mean https://stellaris.paradoxwikis.com/Patch_3.13 ? These are the official patchnotes from [Dev Team] Cosmic Storms + 3.13.0 'Vela' patch released (checksum e62b). Do you see any difference between the wiki and the forum version of the patchnotes? If you have an issue with the official patchnotes, you could ask the developers to change them on the forum and then we can update them on the wiki. But I don't know if the developers ever change or expand patchnotes

The patch notes on the wiki are a copy of the patch notes posted by the devs on the forum. It's rare but sometimes the devs forget to mention a change in the patch notes. The planetary features page does include the actual changes.

Will the Stellaris wiki add more event results/anomalies? I noticed some in my game that weren't on the wiki and I'm a big fan of the lore and would like to see more added there that I haven't already seen/read which I'm sure there is more of. :)

As far as I know all anomalies and their outcomes are already listed on the wiki. The only exception are anomalies that are only found in unique systems. Those are explained in the unique systems page.

Event chain pages need to have a certain number of events to be added. Otherwise we'll end up with more than a hundred wiki pages for them.

In an excellent first move, I've just started a thread about AI weights in the wiki, having searched and not been able to find anything recent about them.
Completely missed that I could simply respond to this thread. My apologies for being a big old noob.

On to my point. I think in October time AI weights were removed from the Tradition page. Is there any chance of them being added back in, to there or somewhere separate?

The AI players page would be a good place to put AI weights. Things that can more visibly affect the flow of the game for players can be put in the regular pages, like I did with diplomatic stances, Galactic Community voting or ascension perks.
