The concubine diplo only works for R'hllor characters outside of Westerosi cultures.

I was playing as an island pirate in the Feast for Crows start date, mostly just ignoring what was going on in the world or with the plot characters, and after about 35 or so years I noticed all of the North and much of Yi Ti was taken by the forces of Winter, which seemed pretty interesting.
A few kings and the like were declaring war for the dawn against them but kept on losing repeatedly. After a point Winter spreads no further and no one seems to declare war on them any longer. I thought it was strange so I used the console to switch to both the Nights Watch and the King of the Iron throne, but it appears they've lost their CB. Is this supposed to happen or just a bug?

Doesn't really matter, at least in my games the War for the Dawn doesn't really do anything even if you win. Speaking as someone who participated (as Aegon VI Targaryen of the Iron Throne) in 4 out of 5 of Lord Commander Snow's Wars for the Dawn which all ended in victory. The White Walkers are still going strong beyond the Wall.
Just checked; it despawns their event troops but doesn't cost them the titles.
I read on the forum how you're supposed to colonize ruins, but it only appears to give the option to usurp the title, which doesn't work for counties. I'm still confused on how this now functions.

I think something went wrong on your end as I just loaded up to check and the option appears as normal for me.
Maybe try re-downloading and reinstall the mod.
Ah, that explains it. Thank you both for the quick responses, I'll try reinstalling it.
Reinstalling it fixed the issue without a hitch, not sure what went wrong the first time, but I'm glad it works now.
