Ok will look. My own fault for picking random AARs ;)
The randomness is awesome! And not so random. ;)

No real issue. It just helps me when I have to link myself when I post the reward threads. There tend to be a lot of them, as you might imagine (and have seen from years past.)

Alright – here it is as promised: my ballot

Having more or less disappeared off the face of AARland from August onwards, my picks probably skew towards the first half of the year – but I’ve tried to broaden things out with reference to other people’s picks and my own sense of how the rest of the year went.

Thanks again for coordinating, @coz1 – and thanks of course to all authAARs, readAARs and votAARs who’ve not only made this another lively awards season, but also make AARland a great place to hang out generally. Here’s to more in 2022!

Huzzah! We are now to 15 voters! Still room for more with a little under 2 days left to vote. Keep 'em coming!

[ETA - We are two votes behind last year's total of 17 but I would love to get to 20 if possible.]

(Many thanks @TheButterflyComposer , @Bullfilter and @eoncommander for the extra work given. It is most appreciated. And to our esteemed @DensleyBlair for fulfilling the promised commitment. Especially with a move involved it is definitely appreciated!)

I suppose I can try to boost the thread on my CK3 AAR, but last year, that literally just seemed to lead to people voting for Ged so...

Boost away as long as it's not campaigning (which I know you would not do.) The more eyes that see it, the more likely we'll see votes.

I’ll be honest, I probably have like no right to vote given my complete nadir of content since December, but if it’s open for all, I guess it’s open to me.

Last year we had people showing up to vote for one AAR exactly, so this is still an improvement. And even if it was only one AAR, you are still entitled to your vote. We are pro-votes in AARland.

While it is great to see a full ballot, every bit and voter helps. And it is definitely counted! :)

It is indeed open to all and AARland thanks you for your vote!

No apologies necessary @Midnite Duke , especially because you name check and reward (though not an official one in this exercise) one of my favorite and closest friends! We are all missing of the awesome magnitude that is @stnylan and in many respects, my efforts here are an (admittedly less than) attempt to give back to the forum what he has done for many, many years. He is missed from our ranks at the moment and you are thanked for an excellent ballot. I thank you and so do all others, I am certain.

17 voters! Can we get to 20?? :D

This is it, folks! Less than 24 hours left to include your voice and vote. Don't miss your chance to help reward all of the great AARs and writAARs of AARland for the work they produced over 2021. I will accept ballots that come in over night (for me - I'm in the US Eastern time zone) but I'll announce when it's "pencils down" time in the morning (I tend to get up early so don't procrastinate.)

I've tallied most votes already and I can say that there are a number of close races, and some going back and forth. ;) Every vote counts so please include yours with the limited time left. And look forward to tomorrow when I'll announce our first winner!

As Densley Blair has reminded me that Read Even More About It! is eligible for Multiplayer/Interactive can I vote for it? I notionally organised it and would not wish to be so uncouth as to vote for myself, but all the best writing in it was from others (@DensleyBlair's work on Vicomte de la Roche Saint-Michel and his Travels in the Land of the Greeks remains excellent in all respects). A ruling from @coz1 on this point would be appreciated if it is not too much bother.

In any event I have done my bit and posted in KFM to exhort people to come out and vote, it may make precious little difference but at least I have tried.

Fine line there, but in this case I'll allow it. Having participated in the first one, I know well that it truly is a MP type project (and honestly, that has been a very limited voted upon category this year.)

Just over 12 hours left to get in those last and always desired votes. Don't wait until it is too late.

Vote, vote, vote! :)
