To be fair, the dark place could be a pit of tar that is about to be used to serve some naval purpose at HMS Victory, so perhaps 2, as long as that it's naval-related.

Let us begin with the important thing, somehow Kurtie has ended up the swing voter. It's a tie between II and 3, so his "Tanks in Dark Places" vote will swing it, depending on how it is interpreted. Even after all these years, he retains the capacity to impress.
One solution is combining A and 3 to do the RAF-Army co-operation aircraft update next, which will certainly feature tanks in some way while also continuing the aircraft theme. This may, or may not, influence future voting patterns.
