The Eight Kings Of Hungary

In February 1604 we capture Schywz from France, but the next month we are defeated at the gates of Milan by the same.
Fortunally in March the things started to be beter to us: Victory at Baden, captured by Spain.
In May the siege in Lombardia started again.
Soon Baden was captured, we headed to Alsace...The Main War Objective. We Assaultede the region in November, capturing it. In The Same month French Armies Occupates Schwyz, but they were expulsed in January of the new year.
But Revolts started by the Empire, mainly in Reformed religion places by March this was the situation:


At Least Modena Accepted our peace: Milan To The Hungary!



Genoa Didn't liked the Peace and soon it declared war.
Another War killed my Economy. I was forced to take a Loan.


In November of 1605 we were defeated by Genoa Armies in Lombardia also we were defeated in Alsace by another huge French Army. They offered peace;

I accepted, the economic conditions of the Empire was disastrous. Rebels strking everywhere and even more. Some Provinces felt to them, obligating me that raised armies had to go to rebels not anymore to War.

In October 1606 we won A battle in Liguria, but loosing many man, umpossibiltaing a major siege there, by December they Signed a peace with us. We paid 50d.

In 1607 Poland Declared war upon Denmark, we refused by the internal problems. Papal States didn't joined too. The Eastern Alliance was gone.

Whoa, it's all go and no mistake. Wars left and right, and money troubles in the centre.
 
Nobegow's Reign Part III​


From 1607 to 1611 The Rebels were still striking Hungary..

From 1607 the situation was insane; in the highest rebel point(End 1607 starting 1608) it was near uncontrable. In Bohemia region, 3 provs were rebel captured. But With the Loan Paid by 1609 and with less WE the situation was controled by 1609-1611.


I saw Poland starting to fall. The Polish raised from 1570-1600 but Since The French War it was weaked by WE , etc.
She lost 2 wars verus Denmark and to Russia, loosing many provinces, also Holstein Declared idependence in 1610. A potence was in decline.

In 1612 I get a new monarch not very good at all:


After those instable periods, some majors were released since trying to not getting a loan in the first wars, the inflation raised to 0.6 .... It was instaured in the Capital in 1613, in Croatia in 1614 and in Austria in 1615.
In 1615 suddently Bradenburg declares war.

In september our army occupied Anhalt while Bradenburg one occupied Sachen.
By March 1616 our army reaches Sashcen , defeating the german there. This Army marched into Berlin, arriving there by May, winning a battle vs the weaked bradenburg army. In July we capture Anhalt.

And In June 1617 Berlin is under our control. So In October they offered peace:



We Accepted.

The Last two Years were peacefull. In 1618 I changed the religion back to Catholics:

Conclusion:

In The Starting my plans were to expand Italy but when I saw Modena Alliance with france spain etc I gave up. But at end the objectives would be 30 years of War after 20 of peace, but my enemies didn't allowed me to do that. I was in War for severall years! I conquered considerably provinces, I'm sorry for loosing one but is the game =/ ... So Thanks all!
 
It Declinate suddently. I was ally of Polish in parts of the game because they were together with me and France, Spain and Russia great Powers. Be Allied with great powers could be good . But I left the alliance when Poland start to get involved in many wars. And Now they are weaking!

Probably still mad at that first King of Hungary who dared to take french provs. :D Can't remember who though... ;) Still Hungary looks excellent.
 
Hungary does indeed looks rather powerful. Good work.

Emperor Fnuco the Great's reign (1619-1669)


So, i took over Hungary. It was big, indeed, but very vulnerable. The purpose of my reign is to improve the Hungarian economy. The income when i took over was 80.6 ducats monthly, with only 1.0 (one!!) ducat from trade. This had to be changed. Also i never like to play with inflation less than 2%, or a deflation event would be useless. So the current inflation of 0.6% has to rise. Hopefully by the end of my reign Hungary would be strong enough that it would not be an issue.

We reached LT 18 and a CRT above all our neighbors, but also got a destabilizing event. Hungary was poor, so i had to take the stab hit, since money was precious. The Palatinate declared war, with no allies, so my techincally superior armies marched to Wurzburg.

The Palatinate gave a few ducats for peace, and i asked Poland to ally me, because i needed a secure Northern flank for what i wanted to do: get a COT. The nearest one was Thrace, so i DOWed the puny Ottomans (LT12)

I sacked their capital, to get the valuable maps to the Eastern COTs, and declined their offers. I only wanted the Orthodox Thrace, not useless Muslim provinces. I reached Trade 5. By this time, all provinces had governors. OE handed over the COT. Now it is time to Trade, this is what separates the men from the boys, the human from the AI.

A lucky event converted Steiermark. I think it was protestant.

A new tax raises income, but at the price of stab loss and revolts...

During the war, i got a nice event, increasing stab and research in eco techs.

PART DEUX


What i feared has happened: a defection. This Ferdinand guy is pretty good, so i will try to convert my own culture-provs, hoping to eliminate the Reformed religion.

in 1637 I dow France, because i want to break up that huge alliance and conquer rich Italian Catholic lands. The new French flag is an offense to my eyes. 2 inquisitons fail...

Modena is stripped of all but the capital, and 2 more provinces defect to me. So far, i conquered 3 provs, and 3 defected.

I take all the Pope's Italian lands except Rome. BB declares war, so i make peace with France as alliance leader, even if this means i have to give up on my plan to force-vassalize Venice. Siena, our vassal, is added to the Hungarian-Polish alliance.

As soon as i start assaulting Berlin, BB accepts White Peace. 2 conversions succeed again.

Spain DOWs... I dont call my allies. I want to vassalize Venice this time. My only general heads to Italy. 2 good conversions.
